Complaints

If you are not happy with any service provided by your GP (Doctor), Dentist or Optician or anything to do with your NHS treatment, you have a right to complain.

First you must explain to the GP, Dentist or Optician what you are unhappy about. If you are not satisfied with the answers or decisions, you should complain in writing to Dorset Health Authority.

All complaints should be made as soon as possible as there are time limits for dealing with them.

If you have problems making your complaint your local Citizens Advice Bureau can help.
