About this Consultation

In 2009/10 the Customer Satisfaction Monitoring Programme, Measuring Up will include 300 interviews per quarter across six key high volume services:

Refuse
Recycling
Street Cleansing
Benefits*
Technical Services Contact Centre
Housing Landlord

Surveys are conducted by telephone.  Those interviewed are selected from service user databases.

*The Benefits survey is carried out during November and December only each year.
