About this Consultation
This consultation forms part of the quality control system being developed within the management team for Learning Disability Services, to ensure continuous improvement in the provision of in house day opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
Consultation took place prior to the service plans being written for the team.
The consultation document was in accessible format and was sent home for service users to complete with support from carers when needed.
The overarching consultation will supplement the existing system of striving to achieve customer satisfaction through:
- annual reviews for service users, which includes time for feedback about the service
- keyworker system, which includes monthly contact with service users and carers to monitor satisfaction.
