AN INDEPENDENT CHAIR BOURNEMOUTH 2026
Bournemouth 2026 brings together public services, the voluntary sector and businesses to improve the quality of life for all in Bournemouth. The independent chair makes a major contribution to partnership working in the town. For an annual honorarium of £5,500 you will be expected to:
• be the figurehead and main spokesperson for Bournemouth 2026
• represent and promote Bournemouth 2026 at key national, regional, sub-regional and local events and meetings
• chair quarterly meetings of Bournemouth 2026 Vision Board
You will need a strong commitment to improving the quality of life in Bournemouth, experience of Partnership working, be an excellent public speaker and a strong leader with strategic planning skills.
