What we do	The Society is a Registered Charity No 1114570 founded in 1911 which assists blind and visually impaired people living in Bournemouth and the surrounding area. Services include Emotional support from a qualified Counsellor, Befriending, Floating Support, social activities and outings, a drop-in café facility, the ActivEyes Youth Group and a Sight & Hearing Resource Centre open Monday to Thursday 10-12, which offers equipment, friendly advice and support.
Contribution to Partnership	The Centre in Moordown offers a range of services and activities to enable people of all age groups with visual impairment to live independently in the community.
