The Bournemouth 2026 team supports the development and delivery of the partnership. It organises and supports many of the partnership meetings and events. The duties are split between the following team members.
Bournemouth 2026 Development Manager
Debbie is the manager of the Bournemouth 2026 team and is responsible for improving, promoting and developing Bournemouth 2026. She ensures the partnership is fit for purpose and adapts to changing circumstance and legislation.
She must also ensure that Bournemouth has a vision encompassed in the Sustainable Community Strategy which reflects the needs and concerns of residents and partners.
Bournemouth 2026 Communications and Events Coordinator
Clare looks after Bournemouth 2026 communications which includes emailing regular newsletters, ensuring the web portal is maintained, managing the membership of the partnership and organising events which include the, Unsung Heroes Awards, Bournemouth 2026 annual Conference and themed events.
Bournemouth 2026 Coordinator
Lorna's role is to organise consultation forums and the Vision Board meetings ensuring that representatives of those that live, work and visit Bournemouth are consulted about life in Bournemouth and given an opportunity to have their say in identifying improvements, and that their views are respected by those that are working to achieve those improvements.
Bournemouth 2026 Delivery Manager
Sara's job is to oversee the delivery of the local area agreement making sure that as an area we achieve the targets and get the most reward grant into Bournemouth.
Her role involves working very closely with partners in the public, business and voluntary sectors, monitoring progress and performance. She has to inspire and challenge partners to think differently about how they can deliver services and create new ways of funding services and projects that will have us be successful at meeting our targets and ultimately, have Bournemouth be an even better place to live in!
