About this Consultation

Every year the BH Life editor conducts a survey to monitor customer satisfaction with the magazine. The survey covers how satisfied people are with various aspects of the magazine including how useful or interesting they find the information.

This was an online survey sent to all Bournemouth residents on the e-panel and others who have expressed an interest in taking part in online surveys.
