About this Consultation

DOTS Disability was engaged by Bournemouth Borough Council (BBC) to consult with disabled people to review a draft 'Beat the Cold' leaflet and newsletter. Four people took part in the consultation.

The draft leaflet and newsletter were distributed electronically to consultation participants and followed up with a telephone conversation.

In addition to the user trials, Adobe automated PDF accessibility checks were run.
