What we do	Ensure that older people's and carers' needs, views and concerns are included and that they are seen as integral members of the community.
Contribution to Partnership	Help & Care is an independent local charity working on the side of older people and carers. We have developed a range of information and support services that seek to address older people's and carers' holistic needs and aspirations. This has been achieved through the active participation of older people and carers at the centre of the organisation and through valuing their contribution. Services include small home repairs and improvements, home safety checks, gardening service, advocacy, care and repair, carers information and support, subsidised sitting service, community outreach, information prescription through statutory providers, connections work with isolated older people, annual event and contributing to local and national policy development.
