Our role is to ensure that our Members have a safe working environment, receive fair treatment in their workplace, are adequately recompensed for the service they provide and have the opportunity to develop their talents to the full.

| Contribution to Partnership | As a general Trade Union the GMB has membership in Hotels and Catering, Local Government, Water, Electricity, Gas, Retail, Commercial, and Manufacturing Sectors. Our role is to negotiate with Employers on behalf of our membership and to promote good industrial relations. |
