What we do	The Trust is a major employer in Bournemouth and will work with other organisations in the Bournemouth Partnership to care for those in need and support people to achieve this maximum potential. The main area we can contribute to is ‘Caring for People’, particularly those with mental health problems, both children and adults and people misusing drugs or alcohol. We also have a major part to play in helping people understand that mental illness is something, which can affect all of us at anytime in our lives.
Contribution to Partnership	HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health, learning disability, addictions, community brain injury and community dental services for Bournemouth, Poole and the majority of Dorset. We work closely with may other agencies including Social Services, housing, GP’s and voluntary organisations. Our aim is to provide excellent services and we will strive to respond to individual needs, respect dignity and involve carers.
