What we do	The Students union will represent its student members on aspects of "developing communities and tackling crime". The Students Union is not only jostles the development of a student community it also seeks to integrate students within the local community. Students are also proportionately a higher % of the victim of crime , so an insight into students and their lifestyle would be invaluable.
Contribution to Partnership	The Students Union exists to support students at Bournemouth University (and its partner colleges) in their lives outside of the academic curriculum. Every year students elect from themselves an executive committee to carry out the functions requested by the students. The Union stands up and supports students who are having problems with their academic or personal life.
