Bournemouth Heart Club provides an opportunity for heart patients in Bournemouth to achieve long - term rehabilitation and improve their health wellbeing and independence.

| Contribution to Partnership | Bournemouth Heart Club is a registered charity, established in 1991 , to enable the relief of sickness amongst persons who are suffering from heart disease, in particular those who work with coronary disease and/ or those requiring any form of heart surgery. The aim is to provide the facilities for patients who have completed a cardiac rehabilitation programme organised by the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Trust to continue a long – term rehabilitation including supervised regular exercise. |
