Co-ordinates delivery of Bournemouth 2026 targets relating to reducing crime and the fear of crime, building respect in communities and reducing poverty and disadvantage.

Co-ordinates delivery of Bournemouth 2026 targets relating to improving the competitiveness of the area, improving and sustaining inward investment and raising skill levels.

Health & Wellbeing
Co-ordinates delivery of Bournemouth 2026 targets relating to improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Bournemouth.

Investing in People
Co-ordinates delivery of Bournemouth 2026 targets relating to improving the quality of life for the people of Bournemouth, empowering people and bringing marginalised and excluded groups into mainstream society.

Co-ordinates delivery of Bournemouth 2026 targets relating to local people having a greater choice and influence over local decision making and a greater role in public service delivery.

Change for Children Board
Brings together all services for children and young people in Bournemouth at a strategic level, underpinned by the Children Act 2004 duty to cooperate. Its aim is to improve outcomes for all children and young people through joint commissioning and ensuring that those best able to provide the right packages of services can do so.  Co-ordinates delivery of Bournemouth 2026 targets relating to children and families.
