4. Choice based lettings is well established.

We will...

1. Maximise by reducing voids and using CBL advertising and letting all vacancies as quickly as possible.

2. Increase the supply of Housing Solutions as one of the 12 Trailblazers in the Country CLG funded to link raining/Employment advice with Housing,

3. Increase the amount of Private Leased properties through the quasi-private lettings agency Homes 4 Let.

4. Pursue options to take more of a role in advertising private rented sector vacancies to those in housing need.
