Extra Time Club

Would you like to join a club, take part in some sporting activity, and meet other over 55s in the local area?

Fancy snooker, badminton, tennis, swimming or just a walk?

AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust and RIAS, the

specialist over 50s insurance provider, have teamed up to

provide a FREE 10-week programme of events for local

people aged 55 and over.

The project runs every Friday, 10.00 am – 12 midday.
