About this Consultation

This Value for Money survey looked at the views of services used by people accessing Day Care Services.

The aims of the survey are to:

• Look for unmet needs
• Understand the needs / priorities of customers
• Predict future demand for the service
• Measure satisfaction with the service
• Monitor targets for the service
• Check that the service meets the needs of all Bournemouth’s Communities and that no one group is adversely affected
• Look for ideas for improvements.

The survey took the form of a telephone or face-to-face questionnaire and was promoted by staff in Day Centres and with leaflets.
